When a Doctor has you on restrictions for your injury at work your employer might have light duty work for you to do. You will be working for less pay after an accident.
It may be fewer hours than usual hours worked or again at a lower rate of pay.

Worker's Compensation Benefits make up  66.66% of the lost wages plus dependents benefits. Let your adjuster know that your light duty work pays less than your normal job and ask for Temporary Partial Disability Benefits.

Temporary Partial Disability ends at MMI or medical stability.
At that point your benefits become Permanent Partial Disability. {Read more about Permanent Partial Disability in another section}
